Walmart On Time Deliveries Latest Update

Effective this Tuesday, September 15th, Walmart will require it's suppliers and customers to comply with their "must arrive on-time" dates 98% of the time. Failing to do so, will result in 3% fine of the cost of the goods. Looks like dealing with Walmart won't get any easier for carriers anytime soon.
